The VMA’s have always been about the trends and the most outrageous styles. Well, I decided to combine my own list of who I thought was the best and worst dress at the VMA’s. You can argue with me if you’d like.

1. Best: Alicia Keys. Pictures don’t do it for me but I thought this black sequined D&G dress looked amazing on her. I want a replica!

Worst: Keri Hilson. As always, she’s trying too hard and this number proves it! You should be known for the music you write, not for your bad taste in fashion.

2. Best: Katy Perry. Even though she’s known to be a bit of a “diva”, Katy Perry looks amazing in this dress! It was made for her body.

Worst: Lady Gaga. While Lady Gaga has every right to be a “diva”, she ended up looking ridiculous. She mentioned that she was inspired by Princess Di (which explains her performance for her new single, ”Paparazzi”), but it was too Bjork for me. I liked it better when she was wearing jumpsuits.

2. Best: Beyoncé. She keeps it simple and sexy.

Worst: Jennifer Lopez. I guess for being a mother of twins, that causes you to lose your sense of fashion. I adore J.Lo, but I don’t understand this outfit.

3. Best: Shakira. Muy calienté! I think Shakira looked hot in this number, right down to the boots.

Worst: Pink. I wouldn’t say her outfit was the “worst” but nothing ruins it more than a mohawk.

4. Best: Leighton Meester. “Good girl gone bad!” She sets herself apart from her character, Blair Waldorf, in this mini dress. But I’m not so sure about the shoes. This is edgy done right!

Worst: Kristen Stewart. Hate the haircut. Hate the dress. This is edgy done wrong!

5. Best: Megan Fox. She still looked hot, yet classy.

Worst: Ashley Greene. Mismatched and a throw-back from the 80’s! (In a bad way.)

6. Best: Taylor Swift. Although it’s fancy for the VMA’s, the dress was beautiful. I’m not sure if it works well with her frame though…I’m the type that likes meat on the bones. She definitely looked like a winner and deserved to win!

Worst: Whitney Port. Being from “The Hills”, I thought she’d wear something trendy and cute. This leaves me speechless, and not in a good way.

7. Best: Chace Crawford. He’s always hot! It just comes to him naturally.

Worst: Perez Hilton. It’s time to grow up and stop dressing like a crayon box! How can someone that bashes other people, go around looking like this and not get bashed at back?

8. Best: Amanda Bynes. She proved that she’s all grown-up with this hot number.

Worst: Alexa Chung. No offense, but this looks like a cross between a nun and “Little Bo Peep”.

9. Best: Nelly Furtado. She can do no wrong! I love this dress, very classy and cute.

Worst: Kanye West and his date. What’s worst than showing up to an awards show drunk? Bringing your date in that!

10. Best: Amerie. Not only is her voice beautiful, but so is she. This aqua number blows me away…

Worst: Jade Cole. And her aqua number doesn’t do anything for me.
