First off, the saga at the house of Christian Lacroix continues. After filing for court protection from its creditors in Paris a few months ago just before the fall Couture 2009 season, the couture house, which hasn’t turned a profit in its 22 years of existence, may have found a buyer. According to reports, Ajman sheihk has submitted a bid and is looking to inject as much as 70 million euros into the house. Documents have yet to be signed, and financial guarantees are not yet in place.
