I just recently bought one of those shirts that have a built in necklace, and my boyfiend (who considers himself up on the latest fashion but really is not) says it’s horrible. What is your opinion on the built in necklace? The shirt is a deep purple sleeveless silk blouse that would be worn with jeans and heels.

I don’t know how the shirt looks on you, but shirts with necklaces are hot right now. They have been all over the runway for both the spring and fall 2010 collections. Let your boyfriend know about that.
Wear your top with your jeans and heels on a night out with your girlfriends. Save something your boyfriend likes seeing on you for your date.

I think the shirts with necklaces look is really cool, depending on the fit of course. I have seen several at department stores that I like.
